RESEARCH REPORT – WB-003

Yet another “Weird Brothers” blog post has emerged, and with it, still more questions. The events described in this post are particularly noteworthy, and even with the (presumably) modest following of this duo, one would think they would have inspired a few sensational headlines back when this was posted – but no articles about their findings were ever published. Something is off. I have my speculations, but as of yet, no concrete answers.

In any case, here are the facts we can deduce from the “Weird Brothers” investigation into the Blackstone Valley Incident (also known as Incident BV-1), in corroboration with our own records of the event:

  1. 15 people were killed in the incident, including undercover RC agent Trevor Hallden (aka “Lance Graves”), 3 members of his television film crew, and 11 civilians who were visiting the area.

  2. The victims were members of a search party, organized by Blackstone Sheriff Jim Brennan in an attempt to locate Simon Chen, a missing 7-year-old boy and child of Linda Chen, a film crew member. (Linda was not among the victims.)

  3. Sheriff Brennan reported that the victims were mauled by a “feral bear.” Simon was rescued, but refused to (or was unable to) communicate about the incident when interviewed.

  4. The FBI developed a presence in Blackstone Valley after the incident, reiterating Brennan’s story when asked and limiting RC access to the area.

  5. Conspiracy theorists believe that a “cryptid” called “the Skulker,” who has supposedly been sighted around Blackstone Valley, was responsible for the massacre.

  6. The “Weird Brothers” visited Blackstone Valley in October 2009 to investigate these theories. They encountered two locals, twins named Nick and Hallie Jensen, who warned them that Brennan wanted to kill anyone looking into the truth about the incident, and claimed that Blackstone locals were the perpetrators of the massacre in 2008.

  7. The twins helped Sanford and Johnson escape, after which the duo published their version of the story on their blog.

My thoughts:

  • The Jensen twins’ claim, if true, completely alters our perspective on Incident BV-1, as the evidence had led us to believe that “the Skulker” (Entity BV-001) was responsible. It is unclear now whether Entity BV-001 even exists, although certain details from this blog post do hint at this being the case.

  • The FBI coverup of this incident was massive. They managed to stifle major news reports and keep Blackstone Valley off the map – and I mean this quite literally, as I was unable to locate Blackstone Valley on any map of Pennsylvania. It’s possible that this is simply because of Blackstone’s small population, but part of me wonders if the FBI has put the entire town under witness protection to make it “unfindable.” Either way, their presence in Blackstone Valley has made further RC investigations into the area impossible.

  • Noting the following possibility for Dr. Charlotte King: in this blog post, Hallie Jensen is described as using a “little green compass,” and Nick Jensen mentions using a tent as a “backup plan.” This may be a tremendous reach, but given these descriptions, it is possible that the Jensen twins somehow acquired Conduits SA-011 and SA-011b and discovered their effects. This could very well have happened after the items were stolen in 2020, as the involvement of Conduit SA-008 has thrown chronology completely out the window.

I’m not sure of the exact path to take from here. The most logical course of action, in theory, would be to track down the Jensen twins in order to corroborate their story and recover the possible lost conduits. If they still reside in Blackstone Valley, though, this plan is a dead end. The FBI’s presence means we can’t get too close to the town – and that’s assuming we can even find it again without being able to map it.

I suppose my recommendation is simply to wait and watch the “Where Are the Weird Brothers?” website for further clues. Each blog post provides more information we can use, and with so many unknowns, any shred of information we can glean is vital.
